Wonderful Wednesday

Breakfast:

* Glass of warm water with echinacea
* Two poached eggs with two slices of wholegrain bread

Snack: Half an apple


Lunch:

* Protein shake with soymilk, banana, yoghurt and protein powder

Snack: One large carrot chopped into sticks, with some hummus
